This is the department of Solution Centre ministerial team responsible for laying the foundation of Christian doctrine in the lives of new believers.
VISION AND MISSION
To establish a solid foundation in Christian doctrine upon which the believer builds his/her faith.
This shall be achieved through a training program that provides solid grounding in the faith resulting in visible change in behaviour/character and that inspires the believer to pursue personal growth in the knowledge of Christ.
The School of Disciples was started in 1985 and is coordinated by the Training Bureau of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). It is a school where Christians of all denominations learn how to be true and genuine Disciples of Jesus Christ by studying to show themselves approved of God.
The enemy however has never given up. In fact, the Bible says he is now “having great wrath because he knoweth that he hath but a short time” (Revelation 12:12). The battle is getting fiercer which is why the Lord commanded His disciples to go and make more disciples of other Christians to emulate Jesus Christ. The victory and survival of the Church depends on the availability of true and well-grounded Christ Ambassadors. This is the essence of the RCCG School of Disciples.
“ Christ’s Ambassadors”
The Redeemed Christian Bible College (RCBC) was established in September 1980 by the RCCG General Overseer, Pastor E A Adeboye.
The goal of the college is to provide quality Christian education to born-again Christians to enable them;
• Study the promises of the Old Testament and their fulfillment in Jesus Christ in the New Testament. RCBC students graduate with a clear understanding of the Biblical view of man as created in the image of God.
• Boldly live out Jesus Christ’s messages in all they say and do.
• Be effective Christ’s Ambassadors who will win souls and populate God’s Kingdom.
The primary curriculum of the College is the Bible - the Word of God. The curriculum is designed to produce mature Christians who are knowledgeable, fully equipped, and committed to taking the good news of Christ to all men.
